Clarified passion fruit and vanilla vodka with a silky, soft finish. Bright, juicy and not as innocent as it looks. Clarified in-house, zero waste.

Mandarina
Bright mandarin and soft vanilla, balanced with salt and bitters. Vodka and a house cordial made from whole mandarins, peel to juice. Zero waste, all flavour.
Lykke Li
Vanilla-infused vodka shaken with layers of lychee and a fresh touch of lemon. Silky, refined and dangerously smooth.
Sexy Red
Spicy, bitter, sweet. Mezcal and tequila, with a jalapeño syrup made in-house from the kitchen's jalapeño brine and local honey.
Spirit Ginger
A collaboration with Weka (Wekafore). A blend inspired by Afrofuturism with toasted coconut, ginger and lime. Tropical, bold and handmade.
